Tender Beginnings was founded on a simple belief: that every new parent deserves calm, knowledgeable support in their own home during those precious and sometimes overwhelming early weeks after birth.
We are not a cleaning service or a babysitter. We are specialist newborn care providers — experienced, trained, and deeply passionate about supporting the whole family through the fourth trimester. From overnight newborn care so you can sleep, to nourishing meals and a reset home environment, we take care of the practical so you can focus on your baby and your recovery.

We take the night shift so you can sleep. Expert newborn settling, feeding support, and attentive overnight care from an experienced specialist.
$60 per hour · Available 7 nights

Daytime Support Visit

An 8-hour visit during the day covering newborn care, light household reset, meal preparation, and parent support — all in one calm visit.
$480 per visit (8 hours)

Pre-Birth Preparation

Get ready before baby arrives. We help organise your home, prepare meals for the freezer, and set up everything you need for a calm start.
From $60 per hour

Household Reset

Light tidying, laundry, organisation and creating a calm, functional home environment so your whole family can settle into this new chapter.
Included in daytime visits

Meal Preparation

Nourishing, practical meals prepared fresh or batch-cooked for the freezer — so you always have wholesome food ready without the effort.
